You will not need to waive any of your copyrights by using SnapDish.
When you create an account at SnapDish, you have agreed in the Terms of Service that we may use the photos and comments posted on SnapDish and modify or edit to the appropriate form, copy to databases or memory, publish on websites and other media, analyse data to form ranking charts and information, to provide and make open to the general public.
Photos and comments posted on SnapDish will only be used for Vuzz Inc. and it's partners' service or business.
