Dish photos of people that you 'Follow' will be displayed automatically on your 'Dishes' menu which enables an effortless view of photos you want to see.
You can 'Follow' friends or users by tapping the icon or name of the user you want to 'Follow' and then tap on the 'Follow' button on the profile page.
